Student Information

A Convenience Fee is a non-refundable fee that will be charged to you when purchasing with a credit card. If you choose the "Mail-In Payment" option on the Billing Information page, the Convenience Fee will not be charged, and an invoice will be emailed to you.



Payments can be made online or by mailing a check. A convenience fee will be added to all credit card payments.

Payment is due seven (7) days prior to the class. Failure to do so could result in the cancellation of your registration.
The rates are subject to the membership status of your company. Should your company's membership status change between the time of registration and the start of class, your rate may change resulting in additional fees or refunding the difference of the rate only. Credit card fees will not be refunded.
Send cancellation requests to [email protected] with “CE Course Cancellation” as the subject.
Cancellations received prior to 5 days before class will receive a full refund minus the credit card fees. No refunds or cancellations will be allowed after this date unless extenuating circumstances apply. For extenuating circumstances, a credit will be considered for a future class.
If the registrant(s) has cancelled their registration and if payment has not been submitted, the balance is still owed by the registrant(s).
A “No Show” to the class will count as a cancellation, unless emailed prior. All fees will be non-refundable at that time.
Send any class rescheduling request to [email protected] with “Need to Reschedule” as the subject. Rescheduling of classes must be done prior to the date of the class. If there is any pricing difference, the fees must be paid prior to the rescheduled class date.
