Terms for Member Price Verification

MEMBER PRICE VERIFICATION
The rates are subject to the membership status of your company. Should your company's membership status change between the time of registration and the start of class, your rate may change resulting in additional fees or refunding the difference of the rate only. Credit card fees will not be refunded.

Terms for Cancellations & Refunds

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
Send cancellation requests to [email protected] with “Cancellation of 20-Hour MLO Class” as the subject.
Cancellations received prior to 5 business days before class will receive a full refund minus the credit card fees. No refunds or cancellations will be allowed after this date unless extenuating circumstances apply. For extenuating circumstances, a credit will be considered for a future class.
A “No Show” to the class will count as a cancellation, unless emailed prior. All fees will be non-refundable at that time.

Terms for Rescheduled Classes

RESCHEDULED CLASSES
Send any class rescheduling request to [email protected] with “Need to Reschedule 20-Hour MLO Class” as the subject. Rescheduling of classes must be done prior to the date of the class. If there is any pricing difference, the fees must be paid prior to the rescheduled class date.
