PAYMENTS
Payments can be made online or by mailing a check. A convenience fee will be added to all credit card payments.

Payment is due seven (7) business days prior to the class. Failure to do so could result in the cancellation of your registration.

MEMBER PRICE VERIFICATION
The rates are subject to the membership status of your company. Should your company's membership status change between the time of registration and the start of class, your rate may change resulting in additional fees or refunding the difference of the rate only. Credit card fees will not be refunded.

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
Send cancellation requests to [email protected] with “Cancellation of 20-Hour MLO Class” as the subject.

Cancellations received prior to seven (7) business days before class will receive a full refund minus credit card fees and a $25 processing fee. No refunds or cancellations will be allowed within seven (7) business days of the class date unless extenuating circumstances apply. For extenuating circumstances, a credit will be considered for a future class.

A “No Show” to the class will count as a cancellation, unless emailed seven business days prior. All fees will be non-refundable at that time.

RESCHEDULED CLASSES
Send any class rescheduling request to [email protected] with “Need to Reschedule 20-Hour MLO Class” as the subject.

Rescheduling of classes seven (7) business days prior to the date of the class will be updated at no additional charge. If there is any pricing difference, the fees must be paid prior to the rescheduled class date.

Rescheduling a class within seven (7) days of the date of the class will be updated with a $25 rescheduling fee.

There may be photography and/or filming/recording at this event and your image may be captured and used for TNMBA marketing purposes. By registering for the event, you are giving us your permission to use your image.
